Beech Tree Bunnies is a Rabbit and Guinea Pig Rescue, based at Kibworth, near Market Harborough, Leicestershire, We have under cover outdoor retirement areas for several more. We started in January 2003 with five rabbits and one Guinea Pig and just grew from there. We are totally self- funded, helped by volunteers, and raising money in various ways from holding stalls at the local boot sales, selling plants, Soft Toy Tombolas and boarding pets while people are on holiday. We try not to turn down any pets, unless we are absolutely full. Most of our residents only stay for a few weeks. Some can’t be re-homed for various reasons so they just stay on in our retirement area. All our work is voluntary, we don't have any paid staff. All funds raised go towards Food, Vets Fees, and Hutches Etc.

The Wildlife Trusts is a grassroots movement of people from a wide range of backgrounds and all walks of life, who believe that we need nature and nature needs us. We have more than 850,000 members, 38,000 volunteers, 2,000 staff and 600 trustees.
Each Wildlife Trust is an independent charity formed by people getting together to make a positive difference to wildlife and future generations, starting where they live.
For more than a century we have been saving wildlife and wild places, increasing people’s awareness and understanding of the natural world, and deepening people’s relationship with it.
We work on land and sea, from mountain tops to the seabed, from hidden valleys and coves to city streets. Wherever you are, Wildlife Trust people, places and projects are never far away, improving life for wildlife and people together, within communities of which we are a part.
We look after more than 2,300 nature reserves, covering 98,500 hectares, and operate more than 100 visitor and education centres in every part of the UK, on Alderney and the Isle of Man.
By working in partnership we can have a bigger impact for wildlife. Across the UK we work closely with schools, colleges and universities, with hundreds of farmers and landowners, fishermen and divers; with thousands of companies, big and small; with community groups and other environmental organisations; with lotteries, charitable trusts and foundations; with politicians from across the political spectrum; with local and national governments; and more.
We began in 2013 with just one ferret called Petey. We then rescued another 4 ferrets from our local shelter. However, the local shelter had to close, due to ill health, so we decided that we would open our own rescue for stray, abandoned ferrets and those who their owners could no longer look after.
We are a no-kill shelter, so any ferrets that cannot be rehomed for either health or behavioural issues, we will keep to live out their days at the rescue.
We aim to help all of the ferrets who need our support, help and care. We will rescue them from unsuitable homes, places of abuse or from straying on the streets. We will rehome those ferrets whose owners can no longer care for them.
We neuter all ferrets that come into our rescue, provide them with any
treatment needed, food, bedding, warmth and love. We then prepare
them for rehoming.
we also work to educate our community in the proper care and welfare of ferrets.

Ringswood Ice-Cream
Ringswood Ice Cream takes it’s name from the Ringswood herd of Pedigree British Friesian Cows from which milk is used in the production of the ice cream , the Ice Cream is produced on the family farm at Pailton on the Warwickshire/Leicestershire borders.
At the present time three generations of the Dalby family are actively involved in the production and sale of Ringswood Ice Cream, but the main contacts are Brian and Sheila.
Ringswood is true artisan ice cream, hand made with love and care. Our expertise and skill produces a range of ice cream flavours that you are going to enjoy. Ice cream the way you remember it made with natural ingredients, real cream and our own milk.
It is produced on a Warwickshire Family Farm from home produced milk from a Pedigree Friesian herd and other natural ingredients to our own recipe.
The Jalland family have been farming in and around Melton Mowbray for over 500 years, and in 2003, cattle farmer Ian Jalland founded Brockleby’s. Originally a farm shop in Asfordby Hill, Melton Mowbray, Ian’s aim was to serve the community with high-quality local produce, from his own farm and those of other local farmers.
Being from Melton Mowbray, we naturally produced the authentic pork pie in our shop, and quickly expanded the pie range to over 20 different products. Overwhelmed by the popularity of our pies, we soon began travelling the country to retail them at farmers’ markets and food festivals, as well as at our own shop.
The farm shop at Asfordby Hill closed in 2012 to make way for a bigger bakery, allowing us to make up to 10,000 pies every week. We now travel to approximately 2,500 events every year, selling pies, demonstrating how to make pies, and most importantly championing local produce. Despite the enormous growth, Ian and his family continue to farm cattle to make our delicious steak pies.
Our pies have now won over 30 accolades at the annual British Pie Awards, have been recommended by the Pierateers, and have been featured in numerous publications and television programmes. We’re extremely proud to produce more pies than anyone else in the Borough of Melton, while remaining family-owned, and still supporting local farmers and producers.
Discover some of the world's best luxury chocolates with morecocoa's forthcoming online shop. And here's how we're doing it:
Morecocoa will be sourcing a fantastic range of products, from chocolate bars to individual chocolates. All possess the qualities you'd expect from the best suppliers, suppliers who are dedicated, passionate and expert chocolatiers.
We only buy the best, the most authentic and the tastiest; and that means no addtives or no artificial chemicals.
We share the same passion as our suppliers about what makes good chocolate. We care about the shine - a good chocolate is a glossy chocolate - we care about the content of the cocoa butter, we care about where we source our chocolate and we care, ultimately, about how they taste.
The end result will be to offer you chocolates that linger longer on the palate and taste like food fit for the gods. Coming soon. It's worth the wait!
Our chocolate fountain is for hire for weddings, private events and corporate functions, birthdays, children's parties and more.
We use a range of plain, milk and dark luxury chocolate, combining some of the world's most oustanding brands, and melt them in front of you and your guests, a stunning talking point to any celebration.
